The Marist Football Club is excited to have formed a partnership with Subiaco physiotherapist Jeremy Ingram.
Jeremy is an experienced post-graduate Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist specialising in the prevention and management of sports injuries.
He has extensive experience in designing exercise programs to optimise athletic performance and reduce injury risk for elite and amateur footy players. He has previously worked as head Strength & Conditioning coach for Claremont Football Club and as part of the medical department at West Coast Eagles. He now runs Subiaco based Physiotherapy Clinic and Rehabilitation Gym, Western Integrated Health, and is excited to be in a position to offer high quality care to Marist Football Club players for the 2020 season.
“This is a great step forward for our players and families and having worked with Jeremy previously in the WAFL system I know he will be of great value to the Club with regards to improving our player development and welfare” Matt Angus.
Jeremy’s will be available to chat to players and parents about any injury or conditioning questions at the Marist Open Day on Sunday March 8th. He will also be working with our coaches in the lead up to the 2020 season.
Western Integrated Health also offer discounted pre-season screenings for all Marist Players. These screenings have been validated by research and are effective at identifying movement patterns and muscle strength deficits that are predictive of common football related injuries such as osteitis pubis and hamstring strains.
